Reliance Home Comfort technician came to my house to do the furnace maintenance the afternoon on March 3, as a result, the furnace does not work anymore. The furnace is Carrie brand (high performance), and is about 3 years old. It never had any issue before. According to the technician, it is the circuit board that is not working and needs replaced. I wonder why the circuit board suddenly broke after his maintenance work?
We have to live in the cold until tomorrow. HELP!!!

Hi, did reliance home comfort cover the cost of your circuit board replacement or they charged you? Did it take very long for them to fix it?
Thanks,

Bill
