In 2014 we moved my 99 year old mother into a retirement facility and discovered she had been renting a water heater from these thieves for 10 years at a cost of $12 per month . We sold her house and tried to explain to reliance that the new owner did not want to rent the appliance and we would like to end the contract . After twenty odd phone calls and no return calls we finally got a lawyer and realtor involved on my Mother's behalf , to buy out the heater at a cost of $523 , GOOD RIDDANCE . The next month another $523 was removed from our Mother's pre-authorized payment account ! Still trying to get that back !
